We offer a free fitting service in store for dog collars, harnesses and coats. This service is available for new harness, collar and coat purchases, as well as regular fit checks on your current accessories.

Wag 'n' Wash dog grooming is located in store, ran by our fabulous groomer Ella. 

Wag 'n' Wash offers a wide range of services including full grooms, bath and brush, teeth cleaning, nail clipping and much more. Keep an eye out for her seasonal spa offers. 

Here at Bertie's we are dedicated to finding to diet best suited to your individual pets needs. Every animal is different and there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to pet foods, your pets health is our top priority.
