"I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law this weekend, and popped into Bertie's for some treats for my elderly dog. Now Beckham has had quite a few extractions, so finds treats difficult on his gums. The lovely gentleman in Bertie's couldn't have been more helpful. He spent ages going through all of the suitable treats in great detail. It was fantastic to receive genuine, old fashioned commitment, great in depth knowledge and all round friendly help.
